Importing Trades
- The
Importbutton? Top right corner of any page. Can't miss it. - Select your broker, trading account, and view import instructions. You can also import multiple files at once.
- We value the accuracy of your data. If you need help, join our Discord Community and message our support channel.
Reports Page
The reports page gives you a quick snapshot of everything—filter by date range (ALL, YTD, This Month, whatever you need) and see how you're really doing.
Essential Metrics We Track
Win vs Loss Analysis
This is where you compare your winning days against your losing days—the stuff that actually matters. Look, analyzing your bad days? That's where the real learning happens. You'll spot patterns early—like overtrading, which... yeah, we've all been there.
Date & Time Analysis
Trade Duration
How long do you typically hold positions? Which timeframes actually work for you? This breakdown shows you the answer—no guessing needed.
Time of Day
Ever wonder when you're actually making money vs. when you're just... trading? This view breaks down your performance by time of day so you can optimize your schedule—or realize you should probably skip that 3 PM session.
Day of Week & Month
View metrics by day of the week and month to discover patterns and optimize your trading calendar.
Price Analysis
view your performance by price range. Are you a penny stock trader or is $3 - $5 range your sweet spot? This page will show you exactly that.
Drawdown
View your drawdown history to track your risk management and understand how you recover from losses.
Calendar Page
In the calendar page, you can see your PnL for each month and day of the year. You can click the N button to toggle Net PnL vs Gross PnL. This is a great way to see how fees and commissions are affecting your trading.
Month Calendar
A deeper view of the month showing your PnL for each day and how many trades you took each day. Click the arrow to view your overall performance for that day.
Day Performance
This is hands-down our most popular page. Why? Because as day traders, this is where everything comes together—all the metrics that actually matter, laid out exactly how you need them.
- From the top, you can see the ticker you are trading. Toggle between different symbols to see the metrics for each.
- Your intraday PnL chart visualizes your performance.
- In the middle section, the most essential metrics for the day.
- Click the to view TradingView Charting, we cover this in the next section.
- Finally, a list of all your day trades. FYI, if you closed some swing trades, they will be listed here too!
TradingView Charts
Price Notes mark your entries and exits right on the chart— it's honestly the best way to see how your day actually played out. Where'd you take profits? Where'd you stop out? It's all there. Navigate with arrows, add indicators, grab screenshots, whatever you need.
Trades Page
Here you will find a list of all your trades. You can filter your data by the date picker: select ALL, YTD, This Month, etc.
- If you need to delete a trade, you can check the box next to the trade and delete it.
- There is a next to each trade. Click it to view the trade on a chart.
